Corrugated metal plate packing is one of the main forms of corrugated metal plate packing. The height of the ripple peak and the inclination Angle of the tower axis are divided into Y and X models according to 45° and 30°. The metal orifice corrugated packing retains the structural characteristics of the metal wire mesh corrugated packing, and uses the orifice plate with grooves on the surface, which increases the liquid distribution and the wettability of the packing, and improves the mass transfer efficiency. Each disc unit is 50-200mm in height and more than 1.5m in diameter, and the packing is made into a block form.

The corrugated plate of the packing is stamped with a number of small holes about f5mm, which can play the role of coarse distribution of liquid on the plate, strengthen the transverse mixing, and roll into small grooves on the corrugated plate, which can play the role of fine distribution of liquid on the plate and enhance the surface wettability. Corrugated metal plate packing has high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
