Stainless steel structured packing
Structured packing is a kind of packing which is arranged in a uniform geometric pattern in the tower and stacked neatly. Because of the advantages of large specific surface area, small pressure drop, uniform fluid division and high efficiency of mass and heat transfer, it has been widely used. The first developed is metal structured packing, and later developed plastic structured packing, ceramic structured packing and carbon fiber structured packing.

Vertical corrugated packing is the most widely used in structured packing. Vertical corrugated packing is divided into plate corrugated type and mesh corrugated type. In the expression of the specification and model of the corrugated filler, the number generally represents its specific surface area value, the letters X and Y respectively represent its corrugated inclination Angle of 30 ° C, 45 ° C. For example, 400X means that the specific surface area of such corrugated filler is 400m2/m3, and the corrugated inclination Angle is 30 ° C. The pressure drop of X-type packing is small; Y-type packing has better mass transfer performance.
The new corrugated packing can be made of stainless steel, copper, aluminum, pure titanium, molybdenum five titanium, and other materials. It is widely used in spices, pesticides, fine chemicals, petrochemical and other fields. Regular packing is divided into mesh, mesh, hole plate, calendered hole plate and so on.

Perforated corrugated packing is a regular packing made of inclined metal sheet rolled out small perforated holes with high density and then pressed into corrugated sheet. Due to the special perforated structure on the surface, the lubrication performance of the packing is improved, and the performance of the metal wire mesh corrugated packing is maintained.
