Titanium wire mesh packing
Wire mesh packing is the main form of mesh corrugated packing, which is made of metal wire mesh.
In chemical engineering, packing refers to the inert solid material contained in a filling tower. In the polymer chemical industry, fillers are the largest amount of additives, and almost all plastics (including thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics), natural rubber and coatings use a large number of fillers.
The metal wire mesh corrugated packing has the advantages of low pressure and high separation efficiency, which is especially suitable for precision distillation and vacuum distillation equipment, and provides an effective means for the rectification of difficult separation and heat sensitive matter systems. Despite its high cost, it has been widely used because of its excellent performance.
Advantages: compact structure, low resistance, high mass transfer efficiency, large processing capacity, large specific surface area (commonly used 125, 150, 250, 350, 500, 700 and so on).

Titanium is a pure metal with very good corrosion resistance. In particular, it has strong corrosion resistance in various concentrations of nitric acid, organic acid, chloride, wet chlorine and alkali. Resistant to corrosion by purer reducing acids and hydrochloric acid.
